RESERVATION TERMS
BOOK YOUR STAY WITH CONFIDENCE
These reservation terms apply to all direct bookings made with Snooz Ap through our website, by email or by telephone.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Your reservation is confirmed once you have received a written booking confirmation from Snooz Ap.
Please check the arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and the selected apartment carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if any information in the confirmation is incorrect.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
NO-SHOW
If you do not arrive and have not cancelled your reservation in time, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
EARLY DEPARTURE
If you decide to leave before the confirmed departure date, the unused nights will not be refunded.
CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION
Requests to change your reservation are subject to availability.
A change of dates may result in a different price. When a reservation is changed less than 7 days before the original check-in date, the original cancellation conditions remain applicable.
HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE A RESERVATION
To cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by email:
Please mention your name, reservation number and scheduled arrival date.
A cancellation or change is only valid after it has been confirmed by Snooz Ap.
